Trainer view: estimates
Mifflin–St Jeor estimates for adults. These are planning numbers only — not medical advice, and not shown to your client in the PDF.
Macro targets
Food library
Sample values for common Indian foods are approximate and vary by recipe, oil and brand. Nutrition is listed per 100 g (or 100 ml); counted foods also show values per piece, based on the listed edible weight. Verify against labels or a verified database before sending plans to clients. Allergen tags are informational only — they are not a guarantee against cross-contamination or allergic reactions.
Saved plan templates
Save a single day or a full week from the plan screen, then reuse it for other clients. Loading a template asks for confirmation before overwriting an existing plan.
Backup & restore
Everything lives in this browser on this device only. Nothing syncs to your phone, laptop or any server. To move data, download a backup here and restore it in the browser on the other device.

Settings
Shown in the PDF header and as a fallback label next to the logo mark.
With this switch off (the default), saved plan items keep the nutrition values they had when the trainer added them. Editing a library food then only affects future additions — existing client plans never change silently. Plan items also stay usable if you later delete a food from the library.

About this app
BitePlan is a single offline HTML file for fitness trainers. Data is stored locally using IndexedDB (with a localStorage fallback). It is not a hosted service, and it does not send plans through WhatsApp or any messaging service — you export a PDF and share it yourself.
